WHAT EMPHASIS TO TAKE ? WHAT FOCUS TO ADMIT?

This question is very often asked to me by non Englishmen. They are too much
worried. They wonder what better accent, what better language focus to
adopt: American?, London?, Canadian?, Australian?, African? Which one
seems the most to be taken or acceptated?
Admittedly, the problem doesn’t arise for those who have spent a long time in
one of the English speaking countries. Those, necessarily have adopted the
accent of the host country.
On the other hand, the question arises a lot for those who live at home, I mean
in their country of origin. They are intelligent, have accumulated a lot of
theories, are very excellent at writing beautiful letters, but find themselves
stuck because they really don’t know “on what foot dance?” they have got lost,
so they don’t know with which emphasis they should speak English?
This question is present and effective maybe you are suffering too. We can not
ignore it. Unfortunately, when your learn a foreign language, you have to
accept everything related to the language even their culture. This is the about
the verbal accent. If you pronounce badly, you are disqualified, you
downgraded What to do?
Question one: Where does this question come from?
Question two: How can we fix this flaw?
Admittedly, this phenomenon related to the verbal accent is universal, it’s
observed in all countries in the world through every spoken language. If you
live in a foreign country, you can easily marry the verbal accent you want for
instance : Texan accent, Newyork accent, Alabama accent, Oregon accent,
etc…, the problem doesn’t arise at all. But, if you live outside the country of
the language you love (this is the case of non-English speakers). For this people,
the question of the choice of the accent becomes worrying.
To answer the first question, we can say, this disturbing problem of the accent
was born certainly because of the distance of the country of the language , yes

we can say but and specially because of the lack of regular practice of the
language that non-Anglophone victims are.
Yes, the lack of sustained practice aggravates more and more this fault and
suddenly, we have no accent. And when we have the opportunity, I should say
many opportunities to meet different interlocutors to speak, to practice
English, we are lost not knowing what to do or with what type accent to speak?
On the other hand, if we have a diligent practice, a certain type of accent would
be formed spontaneously and automatically with no difficulty.
To answer the second question:” How to solve this question, what emphasis to
take or to adopt?” Read the answer through our next e mail.
