ART. 1 : SCOPE
These conditions of sales apply to all transactions on the site

ART.3 : THE DELIVERY
The services that I market are dematerialized and delivery is a

ART.4 : RIGHT TO RETRACT
The law provides a right of withdrawal of 14 days. I will ask you in

creation, an intangible property right exclusive and opposable to all”.
Otherwise, the content of delivered product remains the intellectual
property of House Of Linguistic Practice that no one has the right to
resell or partially or fully modified. It would be against the intellectual
property right follow up of legal sanctions.
ART.8 : PERSONAL DATA
The information and data concerning you are necessary for the
management of your order and our commercial relations. Thhey will
never be transmitted to third parties.
ART.9 : RESPONSABILITY
I do my best to satisfy you. I am responsible to the proper execution of
these terms and conditions. However, my responsibility will not be
able to be engaged because of a fortuitous event, a case of force
majeure, the unpredictable and insurmountable fact of third party to
the contract or because of the non-conformity of the product to a
foreign legislation in case of delivery in a country other than France.
ART.10 : NO FALSE PROMISE
We sell a real product. We do not promise success without effort. It’s
not magic product. Our product is for people who want to succeed by

ART. 11 : REPAYMENT PERIOD
Since you are notified well before, refunds will be subject to certain
